Waiting in the Coffee Shop [ft. Valerie Blaylock]

I did a lighting test with a doodle of my favorite surgeon characters.

The initial idea is to just draw her just having coffee (hence the notepad sketch doodle)
but I decided to do a full on lighting test layout for future visual development illustrations.
