Poster Work #2: Plan Blue [ft. Commissioned Artist]

Poster work featuring an artist I've commissioned along with a poster I've done.

The artist featured is tasked to work on the subjects while I worked on Post-Art.
Post-Art work involves on layout, composition, lighting, color correction, typography and the overall quality of the final product.

Poster 1: I commissioned a friend who has a fun art style which I always loved. I was inspired by simple manga covers at first, then I realize some magazine covers would have that flat background but with text all over it. So I would say it's a little bit of both. Having the Japanese title of my project also seems fit for the composition as well!

Poster 2: I've been thinking about specific Japanese book covers. I was inspired by my visits to bookstores in Japan, their regular literature books would sometimes have anime/manga style covers and it rocks! So I did the same with my beloved OC with a semi-sketchy ink-watercolor style.
